Your First Trip to the Park

Ryan, you had your first trip to the park. You just love being outside. We were sitting on a bench enjoying God's creation and you were so calm and serene. If you're fussy we know that all we have to do is put you in your stroller and the second we're out the door you're a happy baby again. Daddy is so excited for when you get a little older and you can go hiking, and biking, and mountain climbing with him.

"I promise, officer, I didn't do it!"

"That's not what your mother said!"

(Let's all say a quick prayer now that these words will never be spoken by my sweet baby boy.)

Oh I wish!

Ryan, you wish so much that you could crawl and go anywhere you want. You can get up on your knees and you can push up on your arms as far back as your waist, but just not at the same time. You get pretty mad sometimes...you'll get there buddy!

We're Back!

Whew! We're finally back online, and boy do we have a lot of catching up to do.

Ryan, here you are sitting in your Bumbo and you dropped the toy you were playing with. Instead of getting upset about it, you took matters into your own hands. Daddy and I were sitting with you eating dinner and you were kinda scaring us.

"I...can...almost...reach....it....almost...got....it....GOT IT!!!"

Three nights in a row!

Ryan, you have slept through the night (8pm-5/6am) three nights in a row!!! Daddy and I are so proud of you!

You have such a great daddy that gets up with you at that time and feeds you. Then he puts you back to bed so mommy can sleep in. He's such a great daddy!!!! We love him so much!


Our computer is on the brink of kicking the bucket. We'll be getting a new one in the next couple of weeks. I can't post any pictures until then. Sorry!
